This policy explains how Express Compliance LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates MCDot, collects and uses your information.

What we collect

• Contact details for you and your business
• Business details needed for FMCSA filings, including your EIN or SSN
• Operational details such as cargo, fleet size, drivers and mileage
• Your signature on the certification and authorization
• Payment details, which are handled by our payment provider (Commas), which acts as merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to prepare and submit the filings you order, to contact you about your order, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information.

Sensitive information

Tax IDs are encrypted before they are stored and are never saved in your browser. Access is limited to staff who prepare your filing.

Sharing

We share your information with the agencies you ask us to file with (such as FMCSA and the UCR Plan), with a process agent if you order a BOC-3, and with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payments, email) under confidentiality obligations. Information filed with FMCSA may become part of public carrier records.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and tax requirements.
