Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Express Compliance LLC, which operates MCDot.

Before we file

If you cancel before we submit your filing to the agency, we refund your full order, including service fees and any government fees not yet paid.

After we file

Once a filing is submitted, government fees are usually non-refundable by the agency, so we can't refund them. Service fees for submitted filings are non-refundable except as below.

If we make a mistake

If a filing is rejected or contains an error because of something we did, we'll correct and refile it at no charge, or refund the service fee for that item if you prefer.

How to request a refund

Email support@example.com with your order reference. We respond within two business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method.
